Accommodation at Hotel Erma is possible only by prior arrangement, made through the specified contact forms.

1. The indicated prices are in euros /including VAT/ and include: accommodation, tourist tax, breakfast and a 5% discount on consumption from restaurant prices.

2. The relaxation area in the Hotel - swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath, is available to our guests on Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 12:00 and is included in the weekend prices.

3. Check-in after 14:00, check-out until 12:00.

4. Single occupancy is possible only in a double room.

5. Early check-in and late check-out of the room without additional payment, only after confirmation from the reception.

6. If you check out within 3 hours of the announced check-out time, a penalty of 50% of the room rate per day will be charged.

7. Prices are not valid during holidays, national holidays and special dates.

8. During holidays, national holidays and special days, the management of Hotel Erma reserves the right to change prices by preparing additional offers, announced on the hotel website - follow the website.

9. Prices and conditions are subject to negotiation, for group accommodations of more than 25 people and for a long stay period longer than 7 days.

10. An advance payment of 30% is made within 5 working days of the sent offer upon the reservation request. Otherwise, the reservation is NOT considered confirmed and the offer is not valid.

11. If an advance payment is made, the remainder of the reservation amount is made on the day of check-in, paid by bank transfer, in cash or with a bank card at a POS device.

12. If the days of the reservation are changed after check-in or if the client leaves earlier at his/her request, a penalty of 50% of the amount for the unused nights is due, the remainder of the amount is refunded to the client to the bank account specified by him/her within 14 days.

13. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation and return of 100% of the amount of the advance payment is possible only if it is made up to 12 days before the check-in date, after this period the amount of the advance payment is NOT refunded and is retained by the hotelier as a penalty.

14. Children up to 3.99 years old are accommodated free of charge on a bed and breakfast basis (breakfast not included).

15. Children from 4 to 11.99 years old are accommodated with a 25% discount on the price of the night (breakfast included).

16. The management of the Erma Hotel reserves the right to make changes related to prices and services offered, for which information will be posted on the hotel website - follow the site.
