Summer Prices Hotel Erma

Free use of the breakfast, spa, gym and WiFi.

1. All prices are in BGN with breakfast, insurance, tourist tax and VAT included.

2. Children under 2 years free of charge (Double cot).

3. Children between 2 and 14 are accommodated on an extra bed with two adults – 15lv.day/ applies only to Studio /.

4. Persons, of 14 years of age and more, pay per extra bed, when the beds are exceeding  the number in the table above, as follows: 25lv. per extra bed, per day / applies only to Studio /.

5. Extra bed is only possible in Studio.

6. Room Occupancy:

   Studio - max 2 + 1 + 1/1 bedroom and 2 extra beds /;

   Double room - max 1 +1 or 2/1 bedroom or 2 twin beds /;

   Family room- max 2+ 1/1 bedroom and one single bed /;

   Single Room -max 1/1 bedroom /;

7. Early check in and late check out are free of charge after confirmation from the reception.

8. Prices are not valid during national holidays and special dates.

9. The prices and conditions are subject of negotiations.
